Rob Housman is a Co-Chair of BHPI3 and a partner with Book Hill Partners.
During the Clinton Administration, he served as Assistant Director for Strategic Planning in the White House Drug Czar's Office. While at the White House he also served in a variety of other positions and on a number of delegations and Task Forces, including the White House Olympic Task Force, the US delegation to the Sydney Olympic Games, and the US delegation to the World Anti Doping Agency (Deputy Head of Delegation).
He also previously was Senior Vice President with Fleishman-Hillard GR; served as Counsel to the Government Relations Section of Bracewell & Patterson; was a consultant to the National Security Council; served as a Director of Media Logistics for the 53rd Presidential Inaugural Committee; and an Associate with the nation’s largest law firm.
Rick Moore is a Co-Chair of BHPI3 and a partner with Book Hill Partners.
Rick previously served as the Global Account Director at McCann Erickson and Executive Vice President at Weber Shandwick Worldwide. He also served as the Senior Vice President and Global Account Director for Shandwick International.
Prior to his tenure at Weber Shandwick, Rick Moore held the position of Senior Vice President with the Oracle Corporation in Silicon Valley reporting directly to Chairman and CEO Larry Ellison. Rick served on the technology development committee and the executive management committee.
Rick has also served in communications positions in the White House under both Presidents Carter and Clinton.
John Benford is an Senior Associate with BHPI3.
John focuses on Social, Interactive and Digital (SID). He has headed up a number of BHPI3’s more impactful web-based campaigns.
Brendan Martin is a Senior Vice President with BHPI3.
Brendan previously served as a close, personal aide to former Chairman of the Democratic National Committee, Terry McAuliffe. While working under the Chairman of the DNC, Brendan helped found the “Something New” program, a young professional fundraising network that surpassed historic fundraising levels.
Brendan has also worked on a number of Congressional and Presidential campaigns.

Jeff Gulko is a Senior Vice President with BHPI3.
Before joining BHPI3, he held positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, Hill and Knowlton International, and L3 Communications where he focused on public relations, marketing and grassroots social media for a diverse list of clients to include professional athletes, entertainers , private corporations and nonprofit organizations.
Prior to entering the private sector, Jeff was the National Grassroots Director for Bill Richardson’s Presidential Campaign, and served in senior positions within the United States government, including The White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, the Department of Energy and the Central Intelligence Agency. At the Department of Energy he was a confidential aide and advisor to former Secretary of Energy, Bill Richardson.

Dennis Alpert a Co-Chair of BHPI3 and a partner with Book Hill Partners.
Before joining BHPI3, Dennis served on the national Public Affairs & Government Relations team for the world’s largest company, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.
Dennis joined Wal-Mart after six-plus years in a variety of executive level positions with the PGA TOUR, Inc. His last position at the TOUR was Executive Director of The Presidents Cup 2003 staged in George, South Africa.
Before heading up the Presidents Cup, Dennis was the PGA TOUR’s Director of Corporate Communications and Public Relations. He also served as Executive Producer of the annual PGA TOUR Players’ Awards show and as the first interim Executive Director of The First Tee.
Before joining the PGA TOUR he served for more than five years as White House Director of Advance and Trip Director for Vice President Al Gore.
In 2010, The Nashville Post Magazine named Dennis to their "In Charge" list of influential businesspeople and community leaders.

George Caudill is Of Counsel to BHPI3. George previously worked in a variety of positions both in government and the private sector.
George produced President Obama’s much heralded acceptance speech at Invesco Field and his nationwide acceptance tour after the Democratic National Convention.
George previously served as a Director at Public Strategies, Inc., offering counsel and guidance to high-profile national clients on government affairs and grassroots efforts.
During the Clinton Administration, George served as the Visual Communications Advisor to the White House. In this capacity he designed the daily visual communications plan for the President. He worked on more than 200 events across 50 countries, setting the scene for presidential visits to parliaments, military bases, aircraft carriers, presidential palaces, mud huts, city squares, and war zones.
He also served as Deputy Assistant Administrator and Acting Assistant Administrator for Government and Industry Affairs at the Federal Aviation Administration and Community Coalitions Program Administrator in the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy.

Parvis Hanson is Of Counsel to BHPI3 and Managing Director of the firm’s office in Geneva, Switzerland.
Mr. Hanson is also President of the Manor Group, a BHPI3 affiliate company. In this capacity he is a co-host of the annual China Europe Business Meeting, the foremost gathering of leading Chief Executive Officers from Chinese, European, North American and other businesses.
Before joining BHPI3, Parvis served as the Senior Manager of the World Economic Forum in charge of Asia Affairs, Information Communication Technologies, as well as the New Asian Leaders Community. The World Economic Forum, often called the “Davos Summits” is the preeminent global meeting of world leaders from the public and private sectors, as well as intellectuals, journalists and civil society members.
Parvis has experience working for and with numerous Fortune 500 companies including UBS, Credit Suisse, Citigroup, Sony, Toshiba, Haier, Swisscom, BT, Deutsche Telecom, BP, Shell, Lukoil, Gasprom, Volkswagen, Ford, DaimlerChrysler, Dell, Logica CMG, Microsoft, Ariba, SAP, Oracle, Swiss Airlines, Lufthansa, Air France, Novartis, Hoffman La Roche, Merck Serono, Pfizer, and others.
He also has extensive experience in working with governmental entities including the European Commission and national governments of including Singapore, Australia, China, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and Russia.
